This is my story

I’m Willow Rose Lmp MA # 00021222: a licensed massage therapist with a private practice in Bellevue Wa. I believe massage therapy is an act of self love. When we give ourselves the time we need to heal, we are able to live our lives more fully.

My Background:
Massage has been a part of my life longer than I can remember. I was raised by a massage therapist, a tai chi instructor, a nurse, and a ten-time Ironman triathlete. (Go Mom!) Growing up in a family of athletes and healers was a continuous learning experience that has enabled me to help people of all ages and abilities.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Alternative Medicine from Everglades University. I studied massage at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY. I am certified in prenatal massage, and I am also a certified yoga instructor.

I am an avid learner that is always studying new techniques so that I can bring my best to each client. I have studied myofascial release, shiatsu, Thai massage, LaStone therapy, yoga, and much more over my 15 years of practice.

My Technique:
I allow my experience and intuition to guide my hands. I have a perceptive touch that helps me find a deep pressure that releases the tension without causing pain.

Emotional pain, stress, and fatigue tense the body and cause physical pain. I truly want to help my clients improve their wellness. To me that means connecting with them in an open and caring way and giving them a safe and calm space to heal.

I have a comfortable massage table that has the ability to recline, which is extremely accommodating for deep tissue and prenatal massage. I use organic oils and sustainable products.

I end every massage by wrapping the feet, neck and shoulders in hot towels to send one final wave of comfort through the body.

Helping people feel good in their bodies makes me feel like I’m making the world a better place.
